Contents in the Auction: A 15% buyer’s premium and 8% NY Sales Tax (if applicable) will be added to the final bid price(s) to determine the total amount owed by the winning bidder of each item. The Fleetwood motorhome and F150 will have a 5% buyer's premium and 8% NY Sales Tax (if applicable). The Kubota Tractor (NOT zero turn) will have a 10% buyer's premium and 8% NY Sales Tax (if applicable).

Due to insurance regulations, Triple States is not able to assist any winning bidders with removal of contents items from the building and/or grounds where the items are located. Please bring whatever equipment and/or people you will need to remove the items won in the auction. 

Again, please note: all items are being sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” and without any contingencies including: environmental guarantees of useability for individual items implied by Triple States Family Auctions on any items sold.

All items with cleared payments are to be picked up on 5/4/24 between 9:00am-11:30am. All items must be paid in full prior to removal. 

The motorhome, Kubota Tractor, and Ford F150 must be paid with cash or certified bank check. All titles will be held until deposited funds clear in the bank.
